1. Introduction

SocioMee is owned and operated by Mee Group (Yash), Mumbai, India. By using sociomee.in you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

✦Must be 18 years or older
✦Must provide accurate registration information
✦One account per person
✦Not available where prohibited by law

3. Account & Credits

✦Free plan: limited credits per month
✦Paid plans: Pro and Premium with more credits
✦Credits reset daily/monthly as per your plan
✦Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
✦We reserve the right to modify credit limits

4. Acceptable Use

Users must NOT:

✦Use SocioMee for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
✦Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or abuse the platform
✦Resell or redistribute AI-generated content as a standalone service
✦Use automated bots to scrape or abuse the API
✦Violate intellectual property rights
✦Generate spam, misinformation, or harmful content
✦Present unverified rumors, predictions, or allegations as confirmed fact
✦Make specific claims about ongoing legal proceedings or regulatory matters (e.g. SEBI, court cases, government investigations) involving named individuals or companies
✦Accuse a specific named person or organization of fraud, crime, or wrongdoing without independently verifying the claim

5. AI Generated Content

✦SocioMee uses Google Gemini AI for content generation
✦We do not guarantee accuracy of AI-generated content
✦Users are responsible for reviewing content before publishing
✦AI content may not be used for misleading or deceptive purposes
✦SocioMee is not liable for how users use generated content
✦AI-generated content may contain factual inaccuracies, including about real people, companies, events, or ongoing situations
✦You are solely responsible for fact-checking and verifying AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it
✦Speculative or rumor-based content (e.g. trade predictions, casting rumors) should be clearly framed as speculation, not fact, before publishing

6. Intellectual Property

✦SocioMee platform, design, and tools are owned by Mee Group
✦AI-generated content belongs to the user who generated it
✦You grant SocioMee a limited license to process your inputs to generate content
✦Do not copy, reproduce, or distribute SocioMee's platform or UI

7. Payment & Refunds

✦Payments processed by Razorpay
✦Plans are billed monthly or annually
✦No refunds for partially used subscription periods
✦We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
✦Failed payments may result in plan downgrade

8. Privacy

Your use of SocioMee is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Platform Integrations

✦Connecting YouTube, Discord, Pinterest, Telegram, or any other supported platform is entirely optional
✦We access only the data you authorize via each platform's own connection process (OAuth, bot installation, or webhook)
✦We comply with each platform's own Developer Terms (YouTube API Terms, Discord Developer Terms, Pinterest Developer Policies, Telegram Bot API Terms)
✦You may disconnect any platform at any time from Channel Settings
✦Disconnecting deletes the associated stored credentials and data from our systems

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

✦SocioMee is provided 'as is' without warranties
✦We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
✦AI content quality may vary

11. Limitation of Liability

✦SocioMee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
✦Maximum liability limited to amount paid in the last 3 months
✦Not responsible for third-party platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)

12. Termination

✦We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
✦Users may delete their account anytime from Settings
✦Upon termination, data is purged per our Privacy Policy

13. Governing Law

✦These terms are governed by the laws of India
✦Disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra courts

14. Changes to Terms

✦We may update these terms with notice
✦Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms
✦Major changes notified via email
