Yes. We use official Google OAuth and only request the permissions needed. You can revoke access at any time from Google Account → Security → Third-party apps.

Once your channel is connected, SocioMee shows you real subscriber counts, views, watch time, best upload times, and growth projections pulled directly from the YouTube Data API.

How do I pay for a plan?

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We accept UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm, BHIM), debit cards, credit cards, and NetBanking from all major Indian banks.

Yes. We never store your card details. All transactions are encrypted and processed by Razorpay, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods. If you have a billing issue, contact support@sociomee.in with your order ID.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. You will not be charged again.

Is my data safe with SocioMee?

Yes. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023. We never sell your personal data. Read our Privacy Policy at sociomee.in/privacy-policy.

No. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to advertisers or data brokers. Ever.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Go to Settings → Delete Account. Your data will be purged within 30 days, except payment records which are retained for 7 years per Indian tax law.
